PeakX is operated by the PeakX team, EU-based. We are GDPR-compliant by default. A Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is available on request.

• Your X profile information via OAuth.
• Posts and engagement data from your connected account.
• Billing information processed securely via Stripe.
• Usage data to improve the product.

3. How we use your data

• To provide and personalize the service.
• To train your writing voice model.
• To send transactional emails.
• To improve product features from aggregate usage patterns.

4. Data sharing

We do not sell your data. We share data only with providers required to operate the service, such as Stripe and Vercel.

5. Your rights
