1. Operator and contact
PeakX is operated independently by Qiu Qianyifan, publicly known as Yivan. For privacy requests, contact privacy@peakx.pro. For product and account support, contact support@peakx.pro.
2. Information we collect
- Account information received through X OAuth, such as your X account identifier, username, display name, profile image, and the permissions you authorize.
- Workspace content, including drafts, saved posts, schedules, ideas, tracked creators, hidden items, and settings.
- Onboarding preferences, such as your publishing goal, selected niches, writing language, timezone, and posting cadence.
- X content and performance information needed for inspiration, publishing, scheduling, and analytics features.
- Messages and information you send when requesting support or exercising a privacy right.
- Essential device, session, security, request, and error information needed to operate and protect the service.
- Billing status and transaction references from the payment provider. PeakX does not store full card details.
3. How we use information
- Provide, synchronize, personalize, secure, and support your PeakX workspace.
- Retrieve requested X data and publish or schedule content after you choose those actions.
- Send the context you select to the configured AI provider when you request drafting or reply assistance.
- Diagnose failures, prevent abuse, enforce limits, and improve reliability.
- Process subscriptions, send service notices, and meet accounting or legal obligations.
4. Legal bases
Depending on your location and the activity, PeakX processes information to perform the service you request, pursue legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, comply with legal obligations, or act on your consent. You may withdraw consent where consent is the applicable basis, without affecting earlier lawful processing.
5. Service providers and disclosure
PeakX does not sell personal information. Limited information may be processed by providers needed to operate the service:
- X for authentication, account data, and publishing.
- Vercel for hosting and application delivery.
- Neon Postgres and Vercel or Upstash storage services for account and workspace data, depending on the deployed configuration.
- QStash for scheduled delivery when scheduling is enabled.
- twitterapi.io for requested inspiration data.
- The configured AI provider when you request AI assistance.
- A payment provider for checkout, subscriptions, fraud screening, and payment records.
Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect users or the service, or as part of a business transfer subject to appropriate safeguards.
6. Storage, retention, and transfers
Workspace information may be cached in your browser and synchronized to infrastructure in other countries. We retain information while your account is active and as reasonably needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, secure the platform, and satisfy legal obligations. Retention periods may differ by data type and provider.
7. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or a portable copy of personal information. Email privacy@peakx.pro from the address connected to your account. We may request limited information to verify the request.
Self-service deletion and token-revocation controls are still being completed. You can revoke PeakX access at any time from your X connected-app settings. Clearing browser storage may remove local preferences and unsynchronized cache.
8. Cookies and browser storage
PeakX currently uses essential session cookies and browser storage for authentication, language preferences, security, synchronization, and interface settings. Advertising and non-essential analytics cookies are not currently enabled. See the Cookie Policy for details.
9. Security, children, and changes
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect personal information, but no online system can be guaranteed completely secure. Do not send passwords, full card numbers, government IDs, or banking credentials through support email. PeakX is not intended for people under 18. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact privacy@peakx.pro. We may update this policy as the service, providers, or legal requirements change and will identify material changes through the service or another reasonable notice.
