1. Subscriptions and trial
PeakX charges US$1 to start a 3-day trial. After the trial, PeakX Pro costs US$29 per month. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the subscription renews automatically each month and the applicable charge is made to your saved payment method.
2. Billing information and cancellation
Checkout clearly shows the US$1 trial charge, US$29 monthly price, currency, billing interval, renewal date, trial arrangement, and cancellation method. Cancel through PeakX Settings or Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation stops the next renewal and access will generally continue through the end of the current trial or paid period.
3. Refund review
To the extent permitted by applicable law, used subscription services are generally not refunded on a prorated basis. We will review duplicate charges, unauthorized transactions, material and prolonged service failures that prevented access, and refunds or cancellations required by law.
Forgetting to cancel, not using the service, or changing your mind does not automatically qualify for a refund. This policy does not limit any refund or cancellation right you have under applicable law.
4. How to request review
Email support@peakx.pro from the address connected to your PeakX account. Include the charge date, amount, account email, and a short explanation. Do not send a full card number, password, government ID, or bank credentials.
We aim to acknowledge requests within two business days. If a refund is approved, the payment processor and your bank determine the time required for funds to return.
5. Payment disputes
If you notice a duplicate, incorrect, or unrecognized charge, please contact PeakX first so we can investigate promptly. You retain rights provided by your bank, payment provider, and applicable law. We will preserve relevant transaction and service records and respond truthfully to payment-provider inquiries.
6. Policy changes
We may update this policy when payment methods, the product, or legal requirements change. If checkout terms differ from this policy, the terms shown to you before purchase and valid under applicable law will apply.
