By creating a PeakX account or using PeakX, you agree to these Terms.

2. Description of service

PeakX helps you grow and monetize your presence on X with drafting, scheduling, analytics, and inspiration tools.

3. Account and billing

• You must have a valid X account.
• The free trial lasts 7 days and requires a card.
• After the trial, you are billed the plan rate unless canceled.
• Founding pricing remains locked for active subscribers.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use PeakX for spam, harassment, illegal activity, or violations of X's terms.

5. Intellectual property

Content you create using PeakX belongs to you. The platform, code, and brand remain owned by PeakX.
