1. Service and operator
PeakX is operated independently by Qiu Qianyifan, publicly known as Yivan. By creating an account or using PeakX, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility and accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement.
- You must have a valid X account and comply with X's applicable rules.
- You are responsible for keeping your devices and X account secure and for activity through your account.
- Do not share access or otherwise bypass account or product limits.
3. PeakX service and billing
PeakX provides tools for content inspiration, drafting, engagement workflows, scheduling, organization, and performance review connected to X. Features may change or become unavailable as the service develops.
PeakX charges US$1 to start a 3-day trial. After the trial, PeakX Pro costs US$29 per month. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the subscription renews automatically each month and the applicable charge is made to your saved payment method. You can manage or cancel the subscription through Settings and Stripe Customer Portal.
4. Your content and AI assistance
You retain ownership of content you submit and create. You give PeakX a limited permission to host, process, transmit, and display that content only as needed to provide, secure, and maintain the service. AI suggestions may be incomplete, inaccurate, or similar to existing material. You are responsible for reviewing output, confirming facts and rights, and deciding whether to publish.
PeakX does not guarantee content performance, audience growth, revenue, or engagement.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use PeakX to violate law or third-party rights; distribute spam, malware, harassment, or deceptive content; interfere with the service; evade limits; compromise another account; or violate X's terms and policies.
6. Publishing and scheduling
You control whether content is saved, scheduled, or published. Review the text, destination account, date, and time before confirmation. X, network, authorization, rate-limit, or infrastructure issues can cause delivery to fail or be delayed. PeakX is not responsible for third-party outages or policy changes outside its reasonable control.
7. Suspension, termination, and disclaimers
We may limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, investigate fraud or security issues, comply with law, or enforce these Terms. The service is provided on an "as available" basis without a promise of uninterrupted operation or a particular feature set. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PeakX is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, lost opportunities, or losses caused solely by third-party services. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
8. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms as the service changes and will identify material changes through the service or another reasonable notice. Product and billing questions can be sent to support@peakx.pro; privacy requests can be sent to privacy@peakx.pro. Applicable legal notices and dispute-resolution information will be provided as required by law.
